• All returned parts will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, and must include any sticker that comes on the packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Safety items are not returnable 
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
• We are not responsible for any installation charges you may incur 
• Return / exchange requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Parts purchased without VIN fitment are nonreturnable 
• Shipping fees are nonrefundable on completed orders
• ALL returns must include all original Ford part numbers / stickers

• Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
• Shipping fees on orders cancelled before shipment are refundable
